She was so excited and who would not be? She had her pokemon, she had her starting pack, she was far from bored, her heart was pounding inside her chest. She had taken the poke’ball from the hands of the professor, had looked at it, the smile on her face had grown twice the side and even though she was out of breath she had managed to get a ”Thank You” from her lips before she nearly ran out the door. As she had run down the road, someone had nearly tackled her, just to give her another pokemon… A poke’ball had been thrust into her hands and then the person had left. It had been a Darumakka, a fire pokemon that looked kind of weird, but she did not care. She had started to run again, her body moving past people, her hair flying back and her eyes focused on the route ahead.
She had finally stopped, completely out of breath before she collapsed to the ground, sitting there, both poke’balls in her hands before she pointed them ahead. She was ready to meet her team for the first time. She smiled as the small Pichu and the red ball set in front of her. She smiled, pulling out her pokedex to get some information on her two pokemon. The Pichu was a female and the Darumakka was a male, which meant she had an even team from the moment, not including herself. ”Hey guys… I am Shui Takeshi, you trainer.” She was still out of breath, but at least she was able to talk. She smiled as the looked at each other and then at her. ”Pichu! Pi! Chu!” The little pokemon seemed very happy and then the Darumakka smiled and nodded at her quickly. She looked between them and then stood, though very slowly. The Pichu quickly jumped and got on her shoulder, while the Darumakka did not. ”Would you like the stay in your poke’ball?” The pokemon nodded and she smiled, returning the pokemon without a problem.

ZURUGGU;
 ZURUGGUdark-fighting/male/level 5/moxie leer, low kick, sand-attack, counter
The Zuruggu was foraging for berries on this wonderful morning of today. He was having a good time of it too even though it was winter, seeing as how he'd managed to find a good pound or two of berries and they were now in his stomach as the glutton of a pokemon selfishly hoarded the food for himself and no one else. No one had ever helped him and he wasn't about to start if someone else didn't start first he thought with a determined and serious thought as he lifted up the low hanging branches of a bush and then looked underneath of it to see if he could find any more.
Well it seemed like he wasn't going to be able to due to the absence of there being any berries under the green bush. So he gave up the search and then began to just walk around places to get rid of the slightly poofy belly that he now had due to the massive amount of berries that he had consumed in order to feed in his almost insatiable hunger. It was a flaw of his, but ah well he wasn't really too concerned about it. He was fit enough to be a good fighter and that's all that mattered.
He crested the hill and then spotted a trainer in the distance with a yellow thing on her shoulder and a red light enveloping another pokemon. The Zuruggu took off at a run for the trainer, aiming to challenge her. He skidded to a stop right in front of her, squaring off against her as he raised his fists, signalling that he wanted to fight her pokemon. Impulsive, that was something he definitely was he thought as he stared down the trainer. Come on, show me what you got he seemed to say with his eyes.

Well, it did not take very long before she came up to a challenge and it was a Scraggy, also known as a Zuruggu. She brought out her Poke’Dex and got all the information, smiling as she saw it was a fighting and a dark pokemon. She smiled slightly and then put everything up before looking at Pichu. She was not sure. She had heard that Electric pokemon were not very good when it came to fighting pokemon, so she smiled and then looked back at the pokemon. ”Well, Nadab, come back out boy.” She smiled as a red ball appeared before four appendages came out and it actually looked like a pokemon. It looked at her for a moment and then at the Scraggy. He was hoping to rest, but he was wrong, which was not at all surprising to him.

”Well, you want a fight, you got it.” She said, looking down at her pokemon once more, backing up. She was not going to allow him to get the upper hand and looked at her pokemon. The Darumaka looked back at her for a moment and then looked ahead, waiting for a command. ”Nadab, use Rollout!” The pokemon balled up again right after he jumped into the air and started rolling quickly towards the pokemon, hoping to land his very first attack. The Pichu was cheering on her trainer’s shoulder and it helped Nadab out a loot, since this was his very first pokemon match. Shui had watched so many battles on TV, she hoped she could match the greatness she had seen and not only that, she hoped her parents skills had come to her.
Shui wished her real parents had been around for her to leave, but they were not around and it hurt some to know they may never see her ever. She could not allow that to fill her mind, she was in the middle of a pokemon battle.
