ADMINISTRATOR
WHAT THEY DO;
Administrators, or admins, basically run the show here on Reformation. They make the major decisions, implement new rules, plots, moderate threads, come up with skins, start giveaways, and a whole slew of other things around the site. They work hard to make Reformation a fun and interesting place to be, so please be respectful of them when speaking to them. Don't need to be scared and don't suck up to them either, but be respectful at all times.
HOW THEY ARE CHOSEN;
Administrators are chosen by the other admins through discussion as well as conduct around the forum. Sometimes someone that the admins know could get the spot if they have proven themselves on a site that the other admins are a part of. However, the admins of Reformation tend to judge on conduct, helpfulness and general all around ability and activity sufficient enough to do the job.

GLOBAL MODERATOR
WHAT THEY DO;
Global Moderators, or Global Mods, have much the same job as a moderator, to mod roleplay threads and to oversee the general roleplay of the forum. They are also responsible for keeping up with minor things around the site that an admin assigns to them.
HOW THEY ARE CHOSEN;
They are chosen from among the moderators for their stay on Reformation, the amount and quality of work that they put in as a moderator. They are also chosen because they are known to be trustworthy and the individuals are hard-working and honest, as well as knowledgeable about how the site runs in case a member or guest has a question while an administrator is not on.
MAXIMUM NUMBER;
Three at the very most.

MODERATOR
WHAT THEY DO;
Moderators are the main part of Reformation staff, being the bulk of the staff that moderates threads. This includes making pokemon appear as well as NPC trainers. This class of staff is basically just that. However, they can be assigned the occasional odd job from time to time.
HOW THEY ARE CHOSEN;
Moderators are chosen by application for the position. This application is looked over as well as the individual's writing skill and activity on the forum. They also have to be able to handle potentially large workloads and be mature enough for the job.
