RESTRICTED & SHINY POKEMON
These pokemon can be found in their specific routes and other places, but however, they can only be introduced into threads by an Administrator due to their rarity. No other staff member may make the pokemon appear in a thread. However, even if a moderator starts a thread an Administrator may hijack the thread with permission in order to allow one of these to appear with the permission of the original moderator. These battles will be among the hardest for wild pokemon, no matter the level of the restricted pokemon.
Shiny pokemon can be given by any global moderator or admin, but there is only a 1 in 150 chance of getting them. The admin or global moderator will use this randomizer in order to randomize the chances. They will pick one number and then see if the number they randomize matches. If it does then your encountered pokemon will be shiny.
